Mandir Building Project Update…

Ongoing fundraising initiatives are planned to obtain the necessary financing to move forward. However, we are reaching out to every member to come forward and contribute financially, thereby limiting the amount of the Mandir’s financial liability. The primary source of income for the Vishwa Bhavan Mandir is you the devotee. In order to offset the Mandir’s fixed and variable operational expenses, we need a strong financial base. We urge each one in our community to pull the most weight they can. There are multiple options for you to give to the Mandir. Please participate in as many ways as you can. 07/2007 -- Begin rough electrical. Foundation for mandir was poured. Steel structure began going up.

06/2007 -- Laying of bricks and decel lane on road being cut as required by county. Preparation of building pad and begin rough plumbing.

05/2007 -- The required privacy fencing was installed by members of VBM.

04/2007 -- Financing in the form of a bank loan has been approved. Grading of the land has begun.

01/2007 -- After a lengthy process with continuous setbacks, we were able to obtain County approval with the site plan and obtain the required permits to being the preparation for building our long awaited Mandir.
